Photographing Fruit

I still haven't been able to get one of those neat lighting kits yet, so again I used a white table cloth and separate white background to get some pictures of some marvelous looking fruit...and afterward I turned half into a fruit salad and the other half I drizzled in chocolate for a delicious dessert.

It's all Strawberries and Apples here, folks

Blueberries--high in antioxidants, they're considered one of the best foods on Earth

Blackberries are good for you too!

Kyoho Grapes--popular in China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan, they are served peeled as a dessert

I bought a whole Pineapple for the first time and I was surprised how easy it was to slice up afterward.  It definitely looks nicer and makes more of a statement then pre-cut chunks, that's for sure!

These Bell Peppers, or Sweet Peppers, are actually fruit but are considered in the same general group as vegetables.   (In case you're wondering, I did not add these to either the fruit salad or as part of the dessert.)

Red Bell Pepper...

...Orange Bell Pepper...

...and Yellow Bell Pepper
